It varies by item, but 7 to 14 working days covers most things. Full cart wraps sit at the longer end, printed packaging and screen content at the shorter. Digital proofs are sent for sign-off before anything goes to print. Tighter than that, ask us. We can often accommodate a rush order for a rush fee.

We typically need up to 2 hours before your event to set up and 1 hour afterwards for pack-down. Timings vary with venue access, and we confirm exact times in your proposal.

A standard 13 amp UK plug socket within reach of the cart, and a 2m by 2m footprint. If your venue has no accessible power, tell us and we can discuss generator options.

We scale to the room. For busier events we can add extra staff or a second station so nobody waits long. Tell us your guest numbers and the timings for the day and we will size the setup to match.
