Allergies taken seriously
If you or your guests have allergies or dietary requirements, tell us early and we will work with you. Here is how we handle allergens, and what we can and cannot promise.
Trained team
Every attendant undergoes comprehensive allergen training before working an event, alongside their Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
Dedicated equipment
Where cross-contact is a risk, we use separate equipment and utensils rather than relying on cleaning alone.
Thorough cleaning
Machines are disassembled, deep cleaned and sanitised between events, part by part, back at our base.
Clear communication
We flag potential allergens clearly and our attendants are briefed on the requirements you have told us about.
Allergen information for the services you have chosen is made available to view during booking, so nothing is guesswork by the time your event comes around.
If you want it sooner, or you want detailed ingredient information, just ask and we will send it over.

On the day
Our attendants are on hand and briefed on the requirements you have shared with us.
Guests with dietary requirements should be part of the moment, not politely declining at the side of the room.
Tell us early
Share your guests' requirements when you enquire. The sooner we know, the more we can build around them.
We check it properly
Tell us the requirement and we check it service by service, rather than giving you a blanket yes that falls apart on the day.
You see it at booking
Allergen information for your chosen services is available to view during booking, and whatever we can accommodate is written into your proposal.
Whatever your guests need, from a common allergy to a religious or medical requirement, ask us. We will tell you honestly what is possible across the services you are considering and steer you towards the ones that work.
The earlier we know, the more we can do. Here is what is useful to share.
- ✓ The specific allergens involved, rather than a general note about dietary requirements
- ✓ Whether it is a severe allergy or a preference, as it changes how we set up
- ✓ Roughly how many guests are affected
- ✓ Anything your venue or caterer has already put in place
- ✓ Ideally at enquiry stage, so we can shape the proposal around it from the start
What we cannot promise
Our carts operate in a shared environment. Equipment travels between events and ingredients are handled in the same spaces, so while we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free from traces of a given allergen.
For guests with severe allergies, we would rather have an honest conversation with you in advance than reassure you and get it wrong. Tell us what we are working with and we will be straight about what we can safely do.
If we do not think we can serve a guest safely, we will say so.
Let's talk it through
