Once you have chosen your date and services, here is what happens next.
Check your email
You will receive a secure link to your client portal, where everything to do with your booking lives.
Sign your agreement
Review the details and sign your hire agreement electronically. It takes a couple of minutes.
Pay your deposit
A 25% deposit secures your date. Once it is paid, your booking is confirmed and the date is yours.
Clear terms, no surprises
All payments are made securely through your client portal. You will always know what is due and when.
To confirm
A deposit of 25% of your total booking secures your date and confirms your booking.
Final balance
The remaining balance is due one day before your event, payable through your portal.
Cancellation
A full deposit refund is available for cancellations made at least 21 days before your booking date.

Whichever service you book, the essentials are always covered. Hire starts at a minimum of two hours of service, and set-up and pack-down happen either side, so your full service time is yours.
Branding, extended menus and bespoke flavours can all be added. We will walk you through the options in your proposal.
