Check your email
Your secure portal link was sent to the email address you booked with, shortly after your booking was made. It is worth searching your inbox for Moments Event Hire.
Check your spam folder
Automated emails sometimes land in spam or promotions. If you find it there, mark it as safe so future updates reach you.
Use the right address
Sign in with the email address used to make the booking. If a colleague or partner booked on your behalf, the portal will be under their address.
