Licensing depends on the venue and the type of event. Many venues hold their own premises licence that covers us. Where one is needed we will tell you early and advise on the route, so it is sorted well before the day.

It varies by item, but 7 to 14 working days covers most things. Full cart wraps sit at the longer end, printed packaging and screen content at the shorter. Digital proofs are sent for sign-off before anything goes to print. Tighter than that, ask us. We can often accommodate a rush order for a rush fee.

We typically need up to 2 hours before your event to set up and 1 hour afterwards for pack-down. Timings vary with venue access, and we confirm exact times in your proposal.

A standard 13 amp UK plug socket within reach of the cart, and a 2m by 2m footprint. If your venue has no accessible power, tell us and we can discuss generator options.

We scale to the room. For busier events we can add extra staff or a second station so nobody waits long. Tell us your guest numbers and the timings for the day and we will size the setup to match.

Vegetarian and free-from options, with halal meat available on request and a full allergen matrix for every serve. Tell us your guests' requirements and your venue gets the documentation it needs.

£10 million public liability insurance, PAT tested equipment and a 5-star hygiene rating. Method statements and risk assessments provided on request. We are VAT registered and welcome purchase orders and supplier onboarding.

We work regularly across Greater London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Sussex, and travel further afield for multi-day and multi-city events. Travel within our local area is included, and a distance-based supplement applies beyond it.
