We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Enquiries sent over the weekend are answered first thing Monday. If your event is time-sensitive, mention it in the notes and we'll prioritise it.
Not at all. Plenty of people come to us with a date and a rough guest count and nothing else. Tell us the occasion and the feeling you're after, and we'll suggest the services that fit.
For weddings we'd suggest 3 to 6 months, especially between May and September. Corporate events need 4 weeks minimum, or 6 to 8 weeks if you want full branding and custom flavours. That said, always ask, we can often accommodate shorter notice.
We're based in London and deliver nationwide. Events outside London and the South East may carry a travel supplement, which we'll always show clearly in your proposal.
Yes, and most people do. Multi-cart setups are among our most popular bookings. Mention the services you're considering in the notes and we'll put the right combination in your proposal.
