We typically need up to 2 hours before your event to set up and 1 hour afterwards for pack-down. Timings vary with venue access, and we confirm exact times in your proposal.

Most bookings are 2 hours of service, which suits around 100 guests. We can extend that for longer events or bigger numbers. Tell us your guest count and we will advise.
