We ask for artwork 14 days ahead of the event so wraps, printed packaging and screen content are produced and checked in good time. Digital proofs are available on request, so you sign off before anything goes to print. Rush timelines accommodated where we can.

We typically need up to 2 hours before your event to set up and 1 hour afterwards for pack-down. Timings vary with venue access, and we confirm exact times in your proposal.

A standard 13 amp UK plug socket within reach of the cart, and a 2m by 2m footprint. If your venue has no accessible power, tell us and we can discuss generator options.

Most bookings are 2 hours of service, which suits around 100 guests. We can extend that for longer events or bigger numbers. Tell us your guest count and we will advise.

Every menu includes plant based sorbets, suitable for vegan and dairy free guests, and we can cater for vegetarian guests with free-from options on request. Allergen information for every flavour is shared at booking, with full ingredient details available on request. Tell us your guests' needs and we will advise.

£10 million public liability insurance, PAT tested equipment and a 5-star hygiene rating. Method statements and risk assessments provided on request. We are VAT registered and welcome purchase orders and supplier onboarding.

We work regularly across Greater London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Sussex, and travel further afield for multi-day and multi-city events. Travel within our local area is included, and a distance-based supplement applies beyond it.
