Booking

There are a few ways to book. Online: get an instant quote and confirm through our online booking platform. Email: send your event details through our contact form and we'll take it from there. Phone or WhatsApp: call or message 07494 275899 to speak to our booking team. Bookings are confirmed once the hire agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.

Three quick steps. 1) Check your email for a secure link to your client portal. 2) Review and electronically sign the hire agreement. 3) Pay your deposit. A 25% deposit finalises your booking.

Your portal is the hub for everything to do with your booking. Review details, add services or extend hours, download invoices and certificates, message our team, and complete pre-event forms, sign the agreement and pay securely.

Yes. We can cover events running across multiple consecutive days. Where equipment stays on site overnight, we just need somewhere secure to store it, otherwise our team returns to set up each day. Get in touch on info@momentseventhire.com or 07494 275899 and we'll tailor something to your event.

Setup & Operation

Hire starts at a minimum of 2 hours of service and can run as long as you need. Set-up and pack-down happen either side, so your full service time is yours.

No. Your hire time is when the cart is available for your guests. Set-up and pack-down happen either side of that and are handled entirely by our team, so your full service time is yours.

Yes, most of our services need access to a standard 13 amp plug socket. Our mobile bar, charcuterie cart and sweet cart are the exceptions and can run without power. If power is tricky at your venue, let us know and we'll talk through the options.

Each cart needs roughly 2m x 2m for the unit itself, plus a bit of clearance around it for our team and a comfortable guest queue. For busy events we'd suggest allowing around 3m of space around the cart. We'll confirm exactly what's needed for your chosen service ahead of the day.

Yes. Our team sets up and dismantles everything, so the day is stress-free for you.

Most of our equipment can be set up outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend a backup indoor plan in case of heavy rain, as some equipment isn't suited to wet conditions.

Our experienced, uniformed attendants operate all equipment throughout your event.

Yes. Our attendants and bartenders are fully trained and certified for their service, from drinks preparation to safe food handling. They arrive in uniform and run everything for you, so you can enjoy your event.

No. We bring the cart, the equipment, the ingredients and the staff. All you need to provide is access to the space and a power socket. We'll confirm exactly what we need ahead of the day.

Safety is our priority. Our equipment is regularly maintained and our staff are fully trained. We advise supervising children around the equipment and allowing ample space for set-up.

Servings & Catering

We cater based on your final guest count, providing a generous amount so there's plenty to go round. We work to your numbers to make sure there's enough for everyone while avoiding unnecessary food waste. The exact quantity is confirmed in your proposal.

Every booking comes with the cart, the ingredients, a uniformed attendant, and full set-up and pack-down. Extras like a custom digital screen, branded packaging and bespoke flavours can be added to make the cart your own. We'll walk you through the options in your proposal.

Absolutely. Multi-cart setups are one of our most popular bookings, for both weddings and corporate events. Combining two or three services makes a real centrepiece, and we'll recommend the best combination for your guest count in your proposal.
